Rates are on the rise again today, pushing the 30 YR above 4.25%. We've had several low inflation readings this week but the FEAR of inflation from the Federal Reserve's latest round of Quantitative Easing is weighing on mortgage bonds. I'm calling for a more normal interest rate range between 4.25% and 4.50% in the near term. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS! Phone: 801-747-1210 Email: josh@joshmettle.com
